Position: Marketing Manager Nationality: Arab Department: Marketing Location: Qatar Full time on site

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Arab Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing activities of our company and its various brands. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Qatar market, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, particularly within the Food \& Beverage related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Manage marketing campaigns for the company's brands, products, and services.
• Develop marketing plans, budgets, and promotional activities.
• Manage social media, digital marketing, advertising, and brand communication.
• Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, influencers, and other marketing partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, campaigns, and product launches.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all platforms.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Work closely with the Operations, Sales, HR, and Management teams to support business objectives.
• Manage and control the marketing budget effectively.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and develop creative promotional ideas.

Requirements

• Arab nationality is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in Qatar or the GCC market is highly preferred.
• Experience in Food \& Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, or Lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Creative, organized, and results-oriented.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
