Marketing Manager

In partnership with our client a premium business group based in the UAE we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the companys overall marketing strategy brand positioning digital growth content direction and performance marketing across multiple business verticals. Your Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Brand Leadership

• You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives and brand positioning across all verticals.
• You will lead brand development market positioning and integrated marketing initiatives ensuring strong brand consistency across digital offline PR and customer-facing channels.
• You will develop annual marketing plans budgets KPIs and campaign roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

Performance Marketing and Growth

• You will oversee performance marketing activities including Meta Ads Google Ads YouTube campaigns SEO lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• You will track and optimise customer acquisition cost ROI lead quality and campaign performance metrics developing growth strategies across multiple channels.
• You will analyse campaign performance audience insights and competitor activity to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Content Media and PR

• You will lead content strategy across social media long-form short-form founder-led marketing and digital storytelling initiatives.
• You will oversee creative direction for campaigns and brand communication managing PR activities media relationships influencer collaborations and reputation management.
• You will ensure high-quality content production that is aligned with audience engagement and commercial objectives at all times.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management

• You will build lead and mentor high-performing marketing content creative and media teams establishing clear KPIs reporting structures and accountability frameworks.
• You will coordinate with Sales Operations PR and external agencies to ensure alignment of campaigns and business goals.
• You will manage relationships with agencies media partners and marketing vendors to deliver best-in-class execution.

Digital Innovation and Automation

• You will drive adoption of AI tools marketing automation systems CRM integrations and analytics platforms to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
• You will identify emerging marketing trends technologies and platform opportunities supporting data-driven decision-making through dashboards and marketing analytics.

To be considered for this role you should have

• A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in marketing brand management or growth-focused leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions across digital performance PR and content marketing.
• Strong proficiency in performance marketing platforms including Meta Ads Google Ads and SEO tools.
• Experience with CRM systems marketing automation tools and AI-driven marketing workflows.
• Google Ads Meta HubSpot or Marketing Analytics certifications are preferred.
