Marketing Officer

PipeCare Group is looking for a Marketing Officer .

The Marketing Officer will create, deliver and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities within Pipecare Holdings, working alongside senior management, business development team, and marketing agency to raise the profile and brand.

Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities

• Support the ongoing development of the Pipecare brand and related marketing and promotional activities.
• Take a proactive approach to brand management and highlight opportunities for enhancement.
• Design, develop and create robust marketing plans, strategies, materials and campaigns.
• Maintain the company website and lead ongoing SEO efforts.
• Plan social media content.
• Coordinate internal and external marketing communications consistent with strategic intent.
• Act as custodian of marketing, promotional, and presentation materials, including sales literature, datasheets, presentations, newsletters, and company logos.
• Assist in managing PR and media opportunities with marketing agency.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance of marketing materials.
• Undertake market research and intelligence gathering to support business development.
• Manage business events supporting marketing strategy.
• Serve as point of contact for all internal and external marketing queries.
• Support and facilitate building the company CRM database, ensuring its completeness, accuracy, and maintenance.
• Lead the seasonal greetings campaign targeting key contacts in strategic clients.
• Complete all marketing administrative work and monthly reporting.

• Demonstrable experience in a marketing role.

• Experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience working in a global, fast-paced operational environment.

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
• Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
• Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
• Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
• Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
