Mason - Construction and Building Maintenance City: Al-Khor, Qatar

We are in search of skilled Masons to join our construction and building maintenance team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Mason, you will be responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of various structures such as walls, floors, and ceilings using materials like brick, concrete, and stone.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine project specifications
• Measure and mark surfaces for cutting or shaping
• Mix mortar or cement according to specifications
• Lay bricks or stones in a precise manner to create walls or other structures
• Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
• Use hand tools or specialized equipment for cutting, shaping, and smoothing materials
• Ensure that all work meets safety regulations and building codes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mason in construction or building maintenance
• Knowledge of different masonry techniques and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
• Attention to detail and precision

Salary

Starting salary of 1400$ per month with potential for increase based on performance.

Contract

This is a full-time contract job with the possibility of overtime hours.
