Mason Supervisor We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on construction projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month and visa sponsorship provided.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct masons in the construction of walls, floors, and other structures according to blueprints and specifications
Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials for projects
Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience working as a mason
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
Extensive knowledge of construction materials and techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Excellent communication skills in English
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Preferred:
Indian nationality
Previous experience working as a Mason Supervisor
Proficiency in other languages such as Hindi or Arabic
Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates.
