Eram Talent is currently looking for a skilled Maximo EAM Functional Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Specialist is responsible for administering, configuring, supporting, and enhancing the Maximo Operations & Maintenance system of KAUST. The role involves close collaboration with technology teams to troubleshoot customer issues, implement technical solutions, and ensure accurate documentation and implementation of functionalities.
Responsibilities
Administer, configure, support, and enhance the Maximo Operations & Maintenance system.
Collaborate with technology teams to troubleshoot customer issues and implement solutions.
Work with stakeholders and third parties to ensure accurate documentation and functionality implementation.
Provide application support, BIRT reports, testing, and minor configuration changes.
Assess and communicate impacts and risks of changes through the system development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot IBM Maximo Application, IBM HTTP Server, and general Maximo interface issues.
Provide technical support, administration, and development for the Maximo system, database and related applications.
Identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot bugs, and communicate system status to users and IT staff.
Deliver technical solutions involving Maximo and other technologies to support Facilities Management goals.
Install, configure, administer, and support Maximo 7.
Develop workflow processes for Maximo, including creating roles, actions and action groups.
Create clustered application environments using IBM Web Sphere.
Administer Actuate i Server and BIRT; develop Actuate and BIRT reports.
Load data into Maximo using MDL, GDL, and data migration scripts (SQL, PL/SQL).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent education and work experience.
IBM Maximo certification desired.
7 to 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in operation and maintenance.
Strong experience with installation, configuration, and administration of Maximo 7.
Experience developing workflow processes for Maximo, including roles, actions and action groups.
Experience in clustered application environments and IBM Web Sphere.
Experience with Actuate i Server, Actuate reports, and BIRT administration.
Experience with Maximo Data Loader (MDL), Generic Data Loader (GDL), and data migration scripting (SQL, PL/SQL).
Experience using the Integration application (MIF) to import data, configure object structures, publish channels, enterprise services, endpoints and external systems.
Experience administering Maximo 7.
Experience with Cognos integration.
Microsoft MS SQL and IBM DB2 experience.
