JOB PURPOSE:
Supervise and perform installation, maintenance, repair, testing, predictive/preventive/breakdown maintenance for Rotating and Static Equipment to ensure equipment availability. To supervise and participate in preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance, and testing of all plant mechanical equipment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Plan, schedule, execute, and supervise rotating/static equipment preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and availability.
- Inspect and follow up on task progress and final completion, providing reports to ensure timely and quality job execution.
- Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting, and participate in negotiations for equipment repair to meet required standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Update refurbished equipment database and history for the equipment and their accessories to ensure effective equipment keeping.
- Participate and conduct daily/weekly safety toolbox talks to discuss safety and methods of completing job tasks.
- Supervise the testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment or systems, ensuring that repairs conform to correct methods and safety procedures.
- Participate in the planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown and major overhaul maintenance activities.
- Direct and participate in performing condition monitoring of rotating equipment and advise on the maintenance schedule based on the analysis.
- Interface and coordinate with other sections in sorting out equipment problems and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and ensure that the shutdown maintenance jobs are carried out within the scheduled time frame.
- Update the equipment data, history, and maintenance records in the SAP system.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Minimum Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 5 years of experience in supervising mechanical maintenance activities in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Face to face interviews will be conducted in Mumbai @ November 2026 second week
