Job Responsibilities/Duties Provide comprehensive care for critically ill adult patients with life-threatening medical conditions. Lead daily rounds, multidisciplinary discussions, and care planning in the MICU. Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, mechanical ventilation, central line placement, and renal replacement therapies. Collaborate with subspecialists including cardiology, nephrology, pulmonology, and infectious diseases. Supervise and mentor residents, fellows, and ICU staff in clinical practice. Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based ICU protocols and guidelines. Participate in clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and international critical care guidelines.
