We're looking for a dynamic Membership Consultant cum Front of House to be the face of our Dubai club, helping members achieve their fitness goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in membership sales, fitness club sales, hospitality, or customer service (fitness industry experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong sales, negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and confident personality.
- Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to conduct engaging club tours and persuasive sales presentations.
- Experience handling enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with the ability to consistently achieve KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
