Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Cost Estimator / MEP Estimator with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC, MEP, electromechanical, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare cost estimates for HVAC/MEP projects, including materials, labour, and equipment.
- Handle tender documentation and support tender submissions.
- Prepare RFQs and obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors.
- Review vendor quotations and prepare commercial cost comparisons.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive costing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC/MEP estimation.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, tendering, RFQs, and costing.
- Experience in reviewing supplier quotations and preparing commercial comparisons.
- Candidates currently in the UAE with a valid residence visa will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred; candidates serving up to a one-month notice period may also apply.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
