Multi-skilled mechanical electrical and plumbing maintenance on contracted buildings The job day to day Preventive checks across building services on a planned schedule AC servicing condensate drains pumps and general building plant Catch the small fault before it becomes the Friday evening call-out Report findings clearly enough that a building manager can act on them

What we look for

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience across at least two of M E and P Comfortable on both residential and commercial sites Able to work to a permit-to-work system
