Merchandiser - Al-Khor, Qatar We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in retail stores, ensuring that they are displayed effectively and attractively. This position is suitable for Malayalees who have a passion for sales and are fluent in English. Key Responsibilities Visit retail stores regularly to set up displays and ensure products are well-stocked Create eye-catching displays that highlight the features and benefits of our products Communicate with store managers to negotiate product placement and promotions Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed Train store staff on product knowledge and sales techniques Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies Meet sales targets and report on sales performance to management Requirements Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is a plus) Proven track record of meeting sales targets Strong negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel frequently within Al-Khor city Benefits Competitive salary of 1400$ per month Accommodation provided Free visa sponsorship Flight ticket allowance This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Merchandiser looking to join a dynamic company in Al-Khor.
