Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Rayyan, Qatar We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing inventory by ensuring that the store is visually appealing and products are effectively displayed. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed Create eye-catching displays that showcase new products and promotions Collaborate with the buying team to select products for display based on market trends and customer demand Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records Train sales staff on product features, promotions, and visual merchandising standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred Strong knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior in Qatar Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) Must be able to obtain an own visa or have a valid work permit for Qatar Salary:
