As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising process and ensuring that all products are displayed and promoted effectively to drive sales. Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Develop effective merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products on shelves. Conduct store visits to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans. Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop attractive displays and promotional materials. Train store staff on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing information. Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. Requirements Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Merchandising Supervisor in the retail industry is required. Good understanding of retail principles, market trends, and consumer behavior. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers, store staff, and customers. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
