Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Messenger to support the smooth daily operations of our Medical Fitness Center. The role involves transporting medical samples, supplies, and documents while strictly maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and hygiene standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport urine and blood samples between collection areas and the laboratory following health & safety protocols
- Deliver medical supplies (vacuum tubes, syringes, etc.) to designated departments on time
- Coordinate with laboratory and medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation
- Handle and deliver confidential documents between departments
- Replace medical cubicle curtains to maintain hygiene and privacy standards
- Manage and transport X-ray gowns, monitor stock levels, and report shortages
- Assist clients courteously and provide clear information when required
- Maintain effective communication with all departments
- Adhere to infection control and safety procedures at all times
- Qualifications & Skills: Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physically fit to lift, carry, and move items within the facility
