The role will focus primarily on the HR module, with additional responsibility for Procurement and Finance functions. The selected candidate will handle application support, user tickets, incidents and service requests while working closely with business users and technical teams. This position is suitable for experienced D365 F&O professionals who can troubleshoot functional issues, manage workflows and approvals, and support business processes in an onsite customer environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Support HR-related processes and business requirements. Provide functional support for Procurement and Finance modules. Handle user tickets, incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams. Support workflows, approvals and business processes. Work with business users to understand and resolve application issues. Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and complex issues. Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions and processes. Provide effective communication and support to enterprise users. Work onsite at the customer location in Qatar. Requirements & Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O functional support. Strong expertise in the HR module. Good knowledge of Procurement and Finance modules. Strong production/application support experience. Experience handling user tickets, incidents and service requests. Good understanding of workflows, approvals and business processes. Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams. Strong communication and documentation skills. Comfortable working onsite at the customer location. Arab candidates only. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and enterprise integrations is an advantage.
