Detailed Job Description
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant supporting Mach Consultants in Doha, Qatar, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise D365 customization, API integration architecture, business logic implementation, and user acceptance testing support across mission-critical business systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, building robust integrations utilizing REST APIs, web services, and middleware, developing custom plugins, workflow extensions, automated reports, and complex business logic in C# and .NET, collaborating closely with functional consultants, software engineers, and client stakeholders in Agile sprint cycles, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live deployments, and post-implementation maintenance activities, conducting rigorous performance tuning, query optimization, and code reviews across SQL Server databases, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of system designs, API schemas, and operational runbooks, and managing application requirements ensuring strict compliance with the 3 to 8+ years experience requirement and Doha on-site presence. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical anomalies under strict service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and deploy advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across enterprise environments.
- Build secure, scalable integrations utilizing REST APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Develop custom plugins, workflow extensions, scheduled reports, and complex business logic utilizing C# and .NET.
- Optimize database performance, write complex SQL queries, and manage data migration tasks across SQL Server.
- Collaborate seamlessly with functional consultants, project managers, and cross-functional client stakeholder squads.
- Support end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment go-live, and post-implementation support activities.
- Troubleshoot system errors, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures with rapid root cause analysis (RCA).
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive technical documentation of system configurations, custom code, and operational runbooks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 8+ years of progressive professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical development and implementation.
- Strong, demonstrable hands‑on professional expertise in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in building REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
- Deep practical experience in software development lifecycles (SDLC), plugin development, and workflow customization.
- Solid practical experience utilizing Power Platform, Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, and X++ development.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving capabilities under high‑pressure conditions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong executive presentation and client‑facing abilities.
- Mandatory legal work eligibility and physical availability for full‑time on‑site professional operations in Doha, Qatar.
