- 5+ years of experience as a Millwright / Mechanical Maintenance Technician
- Experience in industrial / Oil & Gas / heavy equipment maintenance preferred
- Skilled in installation, alignment, maintenance & repair of rotating equipment
- Experience with pumps, gearboxes, compressors, motors, conveyors & mechanical equipment
- Knowledge of bearing replacement, shaft alignment, lubrication & mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools & mechanical maintenance practices
