Dedicated HR support for your success and well‑being. Responsibilities Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware and paper supplies. Transport supplies to bar setup area, wash soiled glassware, and remove soiled wares from bar top. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs, process all payment methods, count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports and resolve discrepancies. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas; complete closing duties. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report incidents to manager and complete safety training. Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome guests, anticipate and address their service needs, and express appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally, develop positive working relationships, and support team to reach common goals. Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating within narrow or elevated spaces. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or G. E. D. equivalent. At least 1 year of related work experience. No supervisory experience required.
