Regional Vice President / Producing Manager
We’re looking for a high-performing Loan Officer who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production.
This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. Instead, this role is designed for a proven producer who wants to scale their impact by leading a team while staying focused on what they do best: originating and driving business.
What This Role Offers
• The ability to build and lead a team without operational drag
• Dedicated operational infrastructure to support your business and your team
• A focus on sales leadership, mentorship, and growth
• The opportunity to scale beyond your personal production
• Top-tier P&L upside tied to team performance
Your Focus
• Continue producing at a high level
• Lead from the front through production and example
• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week)
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance
What You Won’t Be Doing
• Managing day-to-day operations
• Cleaning up processing or fulfillment issues
• Wondering why you gave up volume to herd cats
Who This Is For
• A top producing LO or player-coach
• Someone who wants to grow into leadership without sacrificing income
• A builder who wants to create something bigger than their own book of business
• A leader who prefers influencing performance over managing tasks
Why This Role Exists
Most leadership paths force top producers to choose between income and influence. This model is built so you don’t have to.
You can scale a team, expand your impact, and still maintain your production—with the right structure behind you.
If you’ve been thinking about leadership but don’t want to lose momentum in your own business, this is worth a conversation.
