Job Summary
The Motion Picture Camera Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing issues estimating repairs warranty and non-warranty and conducting detailed servicing of high-end camera systems including PCB repair image sensor replacement control unit servicing and body maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair motion picture cameras and related components
- Provide accurate cost estimation and explain issues to customers
- Perform maintenance including cleaning lubrication and calibration
- Handle PCB replacement soldering and sensor alignment
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain adherence to company and UAE compliance policies
- Keep accurate documentation and test reports
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients professionally
- Adjust assemble or calibrate camera mechanisms using tools and technical drawings
- Requisition parts materials as needed
