Live-in: Private bedroom and bathroom within the palace grounds, or a separate apartment outside the palace for a driver
Start: ASAP/Flexible for the right candidate
Rate: £1500 net per week (Candidate dependent)
Days : 6 day week (07:00 am – 11:00 pm) with substantial break in the school day

Key Requirements:

• Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Nanny/Governess in a high-profile or UHNW private household is strongly preferred.
• Able to manage complex schedules, coordinate multiple commitments and anticipate needs well in advance.
• Naturally takes initiative, thinks ahead and follows through on every detail without needing constant direction.
• Confident and experienced working with teenagers, while remaining engaging and supportive with younger children.
• Genuinely sporty and enthusiastic about accompanying children to swimming, gymnastics, football and other activities.
• Able to adapt to different personalities, supporting the older girl’s creative interests and the younger girl’s energetic nature.
• Experienced in coordinating tutors, coaches, drivers, appointments, school commitments and social schedules.
• Comfortable working alongside other Nannies, a Senior Nanny, the Sheikha and her PA.
• Discreet, emotionally mature, flexible and confident operating within a prominent private household.

For a Nanny who thrives on keeping everything running like clockwork, this is a dynamic and rewarding position within a prominent private household in Doha. The family is seeking an exceptionally organised, energetic and proactive Nanny/Governess to take the lead in coordinating the busy lives of two girls aged 15 and 10, ensuring their education, extracurricular activities and social commitments are managed seamlessly. The girls have distinct personalities and interests, making this a role that calls for adaptability, enthusiasm and an intuitive approach. The 15-year-old is initially quiet and reserved but becomes a wonderful conversationalist once comfortable. She has a keen interest in art and enjoys expressing herself creatively. Her younger sister, aged 10, is confident, outspoken and full of energy, with a passion for gymnastics, swimming and sport. The successful candidate will enjoy getting involved, encouraging their individual interests and helping both girls develop confidence, independence and positive routines. Organisation is at the heart of this position. The Nanny will take ownership of the girls’ schedules, coordinating tutors, coaches, drivers, appointments, extracurricular activities and social arrangements. There are also two older teenage boys within the family, aged 17 and 15, who are not the primary responsibility of this role. However, someone comfortable keeping an eye on their schedules when required would be a valuable addition to the household.
