We’re looking for someone creative enough to make people actually want to leave the house. At Quester, we build real-world side quests: funny, unexpected, story-driven experiences that happen around the city and inside entertainment venues. Your job is to come up with the actual quests. We’re looking for someone who can: Create original side quests, missions and storylines Design moments that are fun enough for people to film and share Turn normal locations into part of an experience Write characters, interactions, clues and progression Follow trends and quickly turn them into playable ideas Design quests for both Quester Originals and partner venues Understand what makes games like GTA fun without simply copying them Work with the team to test ideas and improve them based on real user data We care much more about creativity and understanding what people actually find fun than formal qualifications. Experience in game design, storytelling, creative direction, immersive experiences, events, content creation or similar work is a plus. Type: Part-time / project-based initially If your idea of a good side quest is “go somewhere and take a picture,” this probably isn’t for you.
