We are seeking a skilled Nepali Chef to join our team in Lusail Qatar. As a Nepali Chef you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Nepalese dishes for our restaurant and you must have a passion for cooking and be familiar with traditional Nepali ingredients and cooking techniques.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Nepalese dishes according to our restaurants menu
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and order supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and recipe development
- Continuously strive to improve dishes and introduce new flavors to the menu
Requirements
- Must be Nepali nationality or have extensive knowledge of Nepals cuisine
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef preferably in a Nepalese restaurant or hotel
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong leadership skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
Salary
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month
