We are seeking a skilled Nepali Chef to join our team in Lusail Qatar. As a Nepali Chef you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Nepalese dishes for our restaurant and you must have a passion for cooking and be familiar with traditional Nepali ingredients and cooking techniques.
Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Nepalese dishes according to our restaurants menu Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards Maintain inventory of ingredients and order supplies as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with management on menu planning and recipe development Continuously strive to improve dishes and introduce new flavors to the menu Requirements Must be Nepali nationality or have extensive knowledge of Nepals cuisine Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef preferably in a Nepalese restaurant or hotel Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Strong leadership skills Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings SalaryThis is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month
