Detailed Job Description As a Netcracker BSS Solution Architect / Lead Consultant supporting Systems Limited on an on-site basis in Dubai, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise solution design, cross-functional workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and architectural governance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing large-scale Netcracker BSS suite implementations, configuring Product Catalog and CPQ modules, integrating Ericsson ECM and EOC platforms, ensuring strict adherence to eTOM, SID, TAM, and ITIL frameworks, collaborating with C-level client stakeholders and international delivery teams, and interacting directly with HR corporate recruiters like Mohamed Yunus.
Key Responsibilities - Architect, design, and lead large-scale Netcracker BSS and Ericsson ECM/EOC solution implementations across major telecom digital transformation initiatives.
- Spearhead end-to-end B2B and B2C product catalog modeling, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) workflows, order management, and billing integration.
- Facilitate client workshops, lead technical discovery sessions, gather functional and non-functional requirements, and define comprehensive architecture roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce enterprise solution design standards aligned with eTOM, SID, TAM, and ITIL industry frameworks.
- Oversee complex API integrations, middleware orchestration, and data migration strategies across multi-vendor telecom ecosystems.
