We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate should be able to provide quality care in a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records
- Administer medications to patients and monitor their effects
- Operate medical equipment, such as electrocardiograms (EKGs), and report any abnormalities to the physician
- Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Direct or supervise less skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a particular unit
- Observe the patient's condition, measure vital signs, such as temperature, pulse rate, blood pressure, weight, height etc.
- Provide emotional support to the patient/family members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from the applicable country/region.
- Previous experience working with patients preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
