Position: Nursing Assistant.
Location: Doha, Qatar.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Work Setting: Home Healthcare Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Support patients in maintaining their comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Provide assistance with feeding and other non-clinical care needs as required.
- Observe patients’ general condition and promptly report any concerns or changes to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Follow assigned care plans, infection prevention measures, and established healthcare protocols.
- Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, or Patient Care Assistant is preferred.
- A relevant healthcare qualification or caregiving certificate is an advantage.
- Must demonstrate compassion, patience, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a home healthcare environment.
- Willingness to work according to assigned schedules and patient care requirements.
