Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)/Masters in Nursing preferred.Current RN license in good standing and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive clinical nursing experience.Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare setting.Experience with JCI & Magnet accreditation
