About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist on behalf of a reputable healthcare facility in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi . The successful candidate will assess patients develop personalized treatment programs and help individuals regain or improve their ability to perform daily activities with greater independence and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients physical emotional and psychological condition to determine appropriate therapy goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance patients functional abilities and independence.
- Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to support rehabilitation and recovery.
- Collaborate closely with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor document and evaluate patient progress adjusting treatment interventions as needed.
- Educate patients and families on strategies to support continued improvement at home or in community settings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License: DOH / DHA license / DHA eligibility also accepted
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team .
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting is required
