Role Description: This is a part-time or full-time , on-site Occupational Therapist/Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant role based in Las Vegas, NV. The OT will evaluate pediatric clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to support functional skills such as fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care, and school-related tasks. OT/OTA daily responsibilities include documenting sessions, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with families, teachers, and other providers to ensure continuity of care, providing caregiver education, and participating in team meetings and care planning.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy, with experience in evaluating and treating pediatric clients.
• Candidates should demonstrate a solid foundation in medical principles relevant to pediatric therapy and developmental conditions.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Candidates should have specific interest and experience in Pediatrics, including understanding of developmental milestones and family-centered care.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an OT/COTA in Nevada and graduation from an accredited program.
• Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a consistent caseload in a clinical setting.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive practice, with openness to ongoing learning and professional development.
• CPR certification and prior pediatric clinical experience in school, clinic, or early intervention settings are highly beneficial.
