About the job Officer- Security OperationsMinimum Education Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/certification in Security Management, Industrial Security or a related field will be an advantage.
- Valid security/safety-related training or certification is preferred.
Professional Experience - Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in security operations , preferably in a steel plant, steel mill, heavy industry, manufacturing plant, refinery, power plant or other large industrial facility .
- Experience in managing plant security operations, access control, gate operations, material movement and security surveillance .
- Experience supervising security personnel and coordinating with multiple departments.
