Halian in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced IBM OpenPages GRC Technical Specialist to support a critical governance, risk and compliance platform in a regulated environment. You will configure and administer OpenPages, build reports with Cognos, manage data integrations, and provide L2/L3 production support.
The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on OpenPages experience, strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle/DB2. Banking or regulatory sector exposure is preferred.
