Figure Shipping LLC is looking for a motivated Operation Coordinator Intern to join our Dubai team. You will support our UAE clients and work closely with our operations and sales teams, learning how freight forwarding works day to day while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and nurturing customer relationships in the UAE market to ensure satisfaction
- Acting as a liaison between UAE clients and our internal departments
- Monitoring customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Supporting customers and the Sales team in achieving their logistics goals using our solutions
- Following up on shipment status and keeping clients updated
- Helping prepare shipping documents, quotations, and daily reports
- Maintaining accurate customer and shipment records

Skills
Requirements:
- Student or fresh graduate in logistics, supply chain, business, commerce, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)-required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to follow up on multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
- Interest in logistics and freight forwarding
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
