Operations Assistant UAE National

We are looking for a Operations Assistant (UAE National) to join a growing organization within the supply chain and logistics sector in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate who is looking to build a broad understanding of business operations while developing their experience in data coordination reporting administration and cross-functional support .

The role offers exposure to different areas of the business rather than placing the successful candidate into one fixed department from day one. This provides an opportunity to understand how different functions work together within a large-scale supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting organizing validating and maintaining business data and records.
  
• Supporting the preparation of reports trackers and operational updates.
  
• Coordinating information between different internal teams.
  
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring data is updated in internal systems.
  
• Assisting teams with administrative and coordination requirements.
  
• Monitoring information and following up with relevant stakeholders when required.
  
• Supporting process improvement and ensuring information is captured accurately.
  
• Providing general coordination support across different business functions.
  
• Handling confidential business information professionally and maintaining data accuracy.
  

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• UAE National with a valid Family Book
  
• High school certificate diploma or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong interest in data administration coordination and business operations.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Comfortable working with numbers records and information.
  
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different business functions.
  
• Immediately available candidates are strongly preferred.
