Operations Associate (Growing HF)

You will have the opportunity to help a growing Hedge Fund (HF). With multiple locations, you will be working out of their NYC office. The ideal candidate will have 3.5-7.5 years of operations experience (ideally from another HF), but any fund experience will be considered (HF, PE, credit, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Help with the trade lifecycle from start to finish (in addition to T+0 monitoring, T+1 reconciliations, etc.)
• Track/monitor equities, FX, fixed income positions/events, etc.
• Assist the finance team with analysis/projections, forecasting/KPI's, etc.
• Work with various internal teams as well as 3rd party service providers, brokers, etc.
• Utilize various software/AI to increase efficiency and help automate processes
• Thrive in a smaller team environment and be excited to "wear multiple hats"

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or business
• 3.5-7.5 years of relevant experience in the operations, middle office, finance, etc.
• Experience working with front office professionals (deal team, traders, etc.)
