Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operational activities across customer retention, customer reactivation, and new customer acquisition functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational performance, ensuring service level compliance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence. This role serves as the key link between senior management and operational teams, ensuring business strategies are effectively executed, and organizational objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Service Level Management

Monitor and maintain agreed service levels across all operational teams.
Track key operational metrics and identify performance deviations.
Ensure timely corrective actions to maintain service quality and productivity.
Prepare and submit regular operational performance reports.

Customer Retention & Reactivation

Coordinate customer retention and reactivation initiatives to maximize active customer growth.
Monitor campaign performance and team productivity.
Analyse customer attrition trends and recommend improvement strategies.
Ensure timely implementation of retention plans and follow-up activities.

Customer Acquisition

Supervise customer acquisition activities and monitor lead conversion performance.
Ensure acquisition targets are achieved within defined timelines.
Work closely with team leaders to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
Monitor quality of customer interactions and campaign effectiveness.

Team Performance Monitoring

Monitor attendance, productivity, service levels, conversion rates, and operational KPIs.
Identify performance gaps and coordinate immediate corrective actions.
Escalate operational issues to management when necessary.
Promote accountability and performance discipline across all teams.

Resource Planning

Assess manpower, infrastructure, technology, and operational resource requirements.
Ensure adequate resources are available to support business operations.
Coordinate with internal departments to prevent operational disruptions.
Proactively plan for future business and staffing requirements.

Management Coordination

Maintain regular communication with senior management regarding operational performance.
Provide timely updates, recommendations, and business insights.
Execute management directives efficiently across operational teams.
Monitor implementation progress and report outcomes.

Reporting & Process Improvement

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Commerce, or any related discipline.
Minimum 1 years of experience in operations, customer service, sales coordination, customer retention, call centre operations, or business operations.
Experience in managing operational KPIs, team performance, and service delivery is preferred.
