Incident Management — Resolve live operational issues such as trip failures, delays, driver no-shows and system disruptions. Operational Standards — Define and enforce SOPs for trip lifecycle, driver behaviour, dispatch rules and exception handling. Cross-Functional Execution — Work closely with Product, Tech, Data and Commercial teams to ensure systems and operations are aligned and executable. Continuous Improvement — Use operational data to identify gaps and improve speed, reliability and efficiency of mobility operations.
