Support and enhance Oracle Hyperion enterprise performance management solutions, working with business stakeholders to translate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting needs into functional configurations and reliable processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements for planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and management reporting processes, as applicable to the client environment.
- Configure and maintain Hyperion applications, business rules, forms, dimensions, metadata and workflows in line with approved requirements.
- Support application enhancements, user acceptance testing, defect resolution and release activities.
- Investigate incidents and service requests, identify root causes and coordinate fixes with technical teams where needed.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios and user guides.
- Work with finance and business users to improve data quality, process controls and reporting outcomes.
- Support user training, knowledge transfer and ongoing application support.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant Hyperion functional consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM products relevant to the client scope; candidates must specify exact products and versions used.
- Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation or financial reporting processes.
- Experience in requirements workshops, functional configuration, testing, documentation and production support.
- Strong stakeholder communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle/Hyperion certification is an advantage.
