Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant to support implementation and functional consulting activities in Qatar. The role focuses primarily on Oracle Core HR and Payroll, including configuration, business process analysis, testing, production support, and end-user support.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Oracle EBS HRMS R12/R12.2, Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Fast Formula, payroll elements, work structures, SQL, interfaces, and data migration. Experience across full lifecycle implementation, SIT, UAT, and production deployment will be important for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS HRMS, primarily Core HR and Payroll.
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Analyze and support HR and Payroll business processes.
• Configure Oracle Payroll, payroll processing, Fast Formula, and payroll elements.
• Support employee lifecycle processes and work structures.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementation activities.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Work with technical teams on SQL, interfaces, reports, workflows, and data migration.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Support end-user training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Oracle EBS HRMS experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS HRMS R12/R12.2.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Core HR and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of Fast Formula and Payroll Elements.
• Experience with payroll processes and work structures.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SQL, interfaces, reports, and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing production support and end-user training.
• Valid passport is mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
