Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant opportunity supporting a Qatar-based customer.
The role will see you take ownership of the day-to-day Oracle Fusion Finance application support , acting as the primary Finance functional point of contact for business users and supporting the smooth operation of the Finance platform.
You will manage the support ticket queue , prioritise and resolve functional issues, coordinate with business stakeholders, and provide guidance to a small support team. Alongside BAU support, you will also be involved in minor enhancements, system improvements and continuous improvement initiatives , helping to optimise the customer’s Oracle Fusion Finance environment.
Key experience: Strong Oracle Fusion Financials functional experience Application support / BAU experience Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management etc. Ticket and incident management Strong business stakeholder communication Experience guiding or supporting a small team Enhancements and continuous improvement Strong understanding of SLAs and service delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr
