Position: Oracle Utilities Technical Location: Doha, Qatar (Onsite) Experience: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities Create and present innovative solutions based on business and technical requirements. Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Utilities technology solutions. Ensure solution designs align with technical and logical architecture standards. Provide consulting and technical guidance during design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases. Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Drive successful delivery of complex, enterprise-wide Oracle Utilities implementations. Develop system design models, architecture diagrams, specifications, and integration designs. Review and implement process improvements and architectural best practices. Present architectural recommendations and findings to senior leadership. Mentor and guide functional consultants, developers, and technical teams. Perform impact analysis for enhancements and support code/script reviews. Define and maintain technical standards, design patterns, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps. Support Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including ISO/ISMS compliance activities.
