Position: Oracle Utilities Technical Location: Doha, Qatar (Onsite)
Experience: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities
- Create and present innovative solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Utilities technology solutions.
- Ensure solution designs align with technical and logical architecture standards.
- Provide consulting and technical guidance during design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Drive successful delivery of complex, enterprise-wide Oracle Utilities implementations.
- Develop system design models, architecture diagrams, specifications, and integration designs.
- Review and implement process improvements and architectural best practices.
- Present architectural recommendations and findings to senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants, developers, and technical teams.
- Perform impact analysis for enhancements and support code/script reviews.
- Define and maintain technical standards, design patterns, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps.
- Support Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including ISO/ISMS compliance activities.
