Order Management Specialist - Healthcare / Consumer Products (34200)

An international healthcare and consumer products company is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to support its North American operations.

This position serves as a key link between customers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely product delivery. Products are sourced from manufacturing partners throughout Asia and distributed to B2B customers across the United States. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a direct hire, permanent and 100% onsite position.

Order Management Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage the entire order lifecycle, from order entry through final delivery
• Create and maintain customer quotations and pricing documentation
• Coordinate inbound inventory shipments with overseas suppliers and domestic warehouses
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate potential shortages or delays
• Track shipments and provide customers with delivery status updates
• Coordinate with third-party warehouses, freight providers, and internal departments
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records within ERP and order management systems
• Generate reports related to orders, inventory, and customer activity
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and customer service functions
• Other duties as assigned

Order Management Specialist Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience handling B2B customer orders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience preparing quotations, sales orders, and shipping-related documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems and order management software
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience coordinating imported products from Asia or other international suppliers Preferred
• Experience working with third-party warehouses (3PL providers)
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or distribution industries
• Experience with inventory planning and supply chain operations
