About the Role
We are hiring an Order Picker / Order Fulfilment Associate to manage the end-to-end process of retrieving, verifying, and preparing customer orders for accurate and timely fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve items from inventory based on order fulfilment lists.
- Verify item, quantity, and condition before processing.
- Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams for smooth order flow.
- Update order status in WMS/inventory systems in real time.
- Identify and elevate stock discrepancies or fulfilment delays.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe picking/staging areas.
- Meet order fulfilment SLAs and productivity targets.
- Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience ismandatory.
- Experience in order picking, fulfilment, or warehouse operations.
- Experience with WMS/order management systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to lift/move items and remain active for extended periods.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends, if required.
