You'll be the voice of LaserAway for patients who are ready to take the next step — converting warm, marketing-generated leads into treatment plans that change how people feel about themselves.

About LaserAway

LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology, with clinics across the country helping patients access non-surgical treatments that were once out of reach. Our remote sales team works a pipeline of warm, inbound leads generated by our national marketing engine — you're not cold calling, you're converting.

What You'll Own

A pipeline of warm leads and a revenue target that's yours to drive. With an average treatment plan value of $1,200 and tiered commission up to 13.5%, your earning potential scales directly with your performance.

Day-to-day: working your lead queue, conducting consultative phone conversations, educating patients on LaserAway's treatment options, overcoming objections, following up persistently, and closing — all managed through our CRM so your pipeline is always visible and your next action is always clear.

This Is Not For Everyone

This is a high-activity outbound role. You'll spend the majority of your day on the phone — calling, following up, and closing. If your background is primarily inbound customer service, order-taking, or face-to-face sales with limited phone selling, this role is likely not the right fit.

Who Thrives Here

• Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professionals — you know how to build trust and create urgency without sitting across the table
• 50+ outbound calls per day feels like a normal workday, not a stretch goal
• Disciplined self-starters who thrive independently — you manage your own pipeline and don't need to be pushed
• Available to cover your assigned time zone — we need strong representation across all U.S. regions to match LaserAway's national clinic footprint
• Motivated by measurable results — you know your numbers and you own them
• $20/hr base + tiered commission up to 13.5%, uncapped
• Average first-year earnings: $90K+ — top performers earn significantly more
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• Paid time off
• Employee discounts on treatments and products
• Full paid training — no aesthetics background required

Structure

• Remote, full-time position
• Reports to the Remote Sales Director
• Supported by LaserAway's national marketing team — your leads are warm and waiting
