Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in outbound leisure travel.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, hotels, sightseeing and holiday products.
- Experience handling FIT and group travel.
- Ability to design and customize complete travel itineraries and holiday packages based on client requirements and budget.
- Ability to recommend suitable destinations, hotels, activities, tours and transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, sales and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Must be currently based in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle FIT and group travel enquiries from initial consultation to confirmation.
- Design, customize and cost complete travel itineraries according to client preferences and budget.
- Prepare professional quotations, itineraries and travel proposals.
- Recommend destinations, hotels, tours, activities, transfers and other travel services.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, transport providers and other suppliers.
- Source and negotiate suitable rates with suppliers.
- Assist with visa requirements and travel documentation.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
- Ensure smooth coordination of bookings and travel arrangements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
