Spectra360 is expanding in Goodyear, Arizona , and we're looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to help grow our newest location.

This is an opportunity to build a career in B2B sales while developing a territory, creating new business relationships, and working directly with business leaders throughout the Phoenix West Valley.

You won't be handed a book of business and asked to maintain it.

You'll have the opportunity to build it.

What You'll Do

You'll work with businesses in manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and administrative services , helping them solve workforce challenges through consultative staffing solutions.

You'll:

• Prospect and develop new business
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations
• Develop and manage your sales territory and pipeline
• Identify business opportunities and close new accounts
• Partner with our recruiting team to deliver qualified talent to your clients
• Manage the sales process from first conversation through close
• Build long-term client relationships

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in people who are driven, coachable, resilient and comfortable building relationships.

You could be:

• An early-career sales professional with 2 years of Outside Sales Experience
• A recent college graduate with 1 year of B2C or B2B experience
• A recruiter or staffing professional interested in sales
• A retail or account-management professional
• An athlete, team leader or someone who has demonstrated competitive drive and determination

You don't need staffing experience.

What matters most is your ability to communicate, build relationships, handle rejection, stay organized and consistently follow through.

You should also be comfortable with technology and willing to learn new sales platforms, CRM tools and systems.
