We are seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Outside Services Attendant to join our golf operations team at a premier golf destination in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in outdoor environments, enjoy delivering exceptional service, and take pride in supporting seamless golf experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with bag handling, cart staging, and club cleaning
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of outside service areas, including bag drops, cart stations, and practice facilities
- Support daily golf operations by ensuring equipment and supplies are stocked and organized
- Provide accurate information on course conditions, tee times, and facility amenities
- Uphold safety and service standards while working closely with the golf shop and maintenance teams
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve minor issues with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or outdoor guest services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for service excellence
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintain high energy throughout shifts
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by golf operations
