Padel Operations & Business Development Executive – GCC (Arabic Speaker)

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a Padel Operations & Business Development Executive GCC (Arabic Speaker) in Abu Dhabi UAE. This opportunity is ideal for an Arabic-speaking professional with experience in business development sales and relationship management preferably within the padel or sports technology sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to expand the companys presence across the GCC by introducing a digital solution designed to streamline padel club operations building relationships with key decision-makers and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with padel clubs multi-club operators and sports and leisure investment groups across the GCC.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with padel club owners operators management teams and other key decision-makers.
  
• Promote and sell the companys digital application demonstrating its value in improving club operations and business performance.
  
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and arranging client meetings to product demonstrations negotiations and closing deals.
  
• Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients and actively pursue opportunities to achieve agreed sales targets.
  
• Work closely with the technical team to address client requirements coordinate product demonstrations and support the sales process.
  
• Understand clients operational challenges and communicate how the application can address their needs.
  
• Conduct regular client visits and travel across the UAE and wider GCC region to develop business relationships and secure new accounts.
  
• Monitor market trends competitor offerings and emerging opportunities within the padel and sports technology sectors.
  
• Support client onboarding and maintain strong relationships to encourage product adoption customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  
• Work independently in a flexible remote-working environment managing schedules and client meetings according to business needs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing Sports Management or a related field is preferred.
  
• Previous experience in padel club operations sports and leisure management or the padel industry is essential.
  
• Proven experience in sales business development or commercial partnerships preferably within sports fitness technology or SaaS.
  
• Strong understanding of padel club operations including bookings memberships tournaments customer management or facility operations.
  
• Experience selling technology solutions applications or software to businesses would be a strong advantage.
  
• Established connections with padel club owners operators or sports and leisure businesses across the UAE or GCC would be highly desirable.
  
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  
• Excellent communication negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
  
• Self-motivated commercially minded and capable of managing the entire sales process independently.
  
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UAE and GCC.
  
• Flexible approach to working hours with availability for client meetings events and visits outside standard office hours when required.
  

Location: UAE with GCC-wide coverage.
